Hey, novice here but you find it easier to play with you fingers alone or with a thumb pick. It feels to weird to me without a pick...

@JayBoogie950 ive never used a thumb pick before, only a normal pick. but for me i personally find that i cant use a pick, no matter what the song. its a preference thing, so if u like the pick more, go for it. happy playing!
