The saw is running a tad rich on the hi speed screw.......screw it out a little at full throttle to lean it off till it runs clean. It is "4 stroking" and idling too high.

4-stroking so much, it's probably 8-stroking, if there's such a thing.
To me, that's a mark of someone who's struggling- running machinery in such state. Leaves it way down on power & speed.

Im glad the oak got hung up a little in a pine tree and slowed it down or my camera would have been crunched for sure!

Yeah I could tell that it got caught up thankfully, not sure how expensive the camera was, but I know that would have ruined my day. Where was this located out of curiosity?
