You are actually meant to circle jump then strafe jump, instead of rocket jumping. (Well, I admit that the first time, I simply used a rocket jump.)
I did it successfully serval times. Once the buzz goes up(=queue) I'll perhaps record it and video-respond to this. :)
Otherwise, using a rocket jump is not as easy as it sounds there actually, you can easily get stuck in the ceiling :D (and you can just hang on these tubes over there as well hehe).
(They also hid an eggy :) )

Oh circle jump and strafe jump? Yea would you make a response vid for me? This is my first time playing and I made this vid to show the other guy talking in the background how to get to expert. QuakeLive is so much fun!
I also figured out how to rocket jump to that secret area with the red key of dooooom LOL.
