It is not possible to "breath in" all the time either.If you do not "breath out" , you will "explow"! It seemes the same with GODs word and HIS love. We receive sooo endless much from GOD and HE wants us to share that love with others. You will be able to "serve 24h" if needeth and GOD gives you the strength you need.
