Steele said he thought that Obama's attempt to bring the Olympics (jobs) to the USA was, "not necessary." A smart remark is the only way to respond to something so dumb. Why bother arguing with a bunch of Republicans who hate Obama so much that they'll try to stop the Olympics from bringing money, jobs and prestige to the USA simply because the President is involved?

Do your research. The audits on the past olympics has stated that the city that hosted them have actually lost money not gained. And why does it have to be Chicago why not any other city? Maybe because Obama has lobbyists who have land in Chicago that are going to profit huge if they are hosted there.

Chicago was selected as the third of four finalists (the only American city) for the 2016 Olympics by the International Olympic Committee in June of 2008. Way before Obama was president. Try again.
