  • I'm from Vietnam. She is a very beautiful girl.

  • @cornelius386 Glad to see a horror fan from Vietnam! I'm currently teaching a Vietnamese student Japan and REALLY want to take a trip to Vietnam!

  • @NonStoptoTokyo I think in Asian cultures ghost stories have more significance than in Western cultures. Folk religion is still a part of life for many in the East. When I was a boy I was warned against clanging a bowl with chop sticks or spoon because it's a way to call ghosts :)

  • @cornelius386 Yes, I have met quite a few people who are legitimately afraid of ghosts and think that they are real. =)

  • Another great vid! --- One thing, the Aum Shinrikyo Sarin Gas attack was 1995, not 1955... (^o^)v

  • @tokyo333 Oh whoops! I can't believe I said that. You're absolutely correct and I added an annotation. Yay for me not noticing simple mistakes!

  • Great review, I totally agree with you, I also think the Nakagawa version the best. He's to J Horror what Terence Fisher was to British horror and what Mario Bava was to Italian horror. I really wish criterion would release this film, which probably has a better picture quality than the greek dvd.

  • Great review, I totally agree, I love the Nakagawa version the best. He's the Japanese Mario Bava. I really wish criterion would release this.

  • Nobuo Nakagawa の四谷怪談をReviewするとは!!驚いています。とても恐く、また、美しい素晴らしい作品ですね。

  • I'm scared to watch this video. Lol

  • I don't really like watching old films from japan but I enjoy learning it.

  • For a white lady to know this much Japanese culture is unheard of, maybe except my wife, but I appreciate it very much. Thank you.
