The remaining two chefs walk into the hallowed halls of Kitchen Stadium to complete their final test: Imagination. With the Chairman looking on and host Alton Brown (Iron Chef America) commentating from the side, the two finalists compete in a head-to-head battle. Using everything they have learned, they must take the secret ingredient and create a five course meal that reflects the melting pot that is the American culinary experience. Congrats to Garces, whom is very talented, but Mehta is not my choice to represent Indian cuisine.
Well those who watch he show know it's full of "interesting" political issues.

That is one of the stupidest things I've ever heard. Indian food is some of the most exciting food around, and does take talent to get a good result, like any style cusine... I'm Latino and glad Graces won, but don't undermine some other culture's food you prick...

Iron Chef Garces deserved the win. What a talented man! Mehta knew the competition was Garces to win. Mehta was always the underdog and his Indian style food was not enough to win.

I liked his whole attack saying "Don't you criticize me!" Or else what you blimp! What the hell are you gonna do about it? Keep eating? Then his attempt to bring about descension among the judges so he can stall to eat more & get called back as a future judge for more free food.
