Oven roasted potatoes - Recipe

Potatoes out of the oven are just so great! I love them, especially if they are almost a bit crispy! Add some homemade mayonaise and i could just eat that as an complete meal. Also great for snacks for when you are watching a movie or something.

I'm actually trying this recipe this evening (now). I'm roasting two (2) sweet potatoes and six (6) new potatoes...all sliced into wedges of course. I did also peel the sweet potatoes, I'm not too certain if the skin would be tasty. Hope it's good.
