This needs some smoothing out, but - most of the time, now, it works! The hoops are a couple of $5 commercial hoops, originally water-weighted (I let the water out so they would be lighter). I found that I needed to:
1. Stay aware that the arm simply goes up-and-down (but from the shoulder - I've got it exaggerated still, here);
2. First start the one on my hand, rotating it clockwise;
3. When that (and I) is/am feeling stable, I give the one near my shoulder a good push to start it rotating CCW. Takes awhile to gauge the timing and strength of the push.
That is great! I've never seen anyone do that trick.

Yes, it's neat - but I have not figured out a good way(s) to get into it or out of it. Now, if I were a better hooper....
