  • thanks u guys for the possitive support i need it. thanks ayleen711 it just feels like ur so beyond the wagon lol, and deidrap1 i am going to try 2 get back on the p90x i should get all cds this week but lemme tell u the ones i did where ruff specially the 1st one (plyometrics) i felt like i was gonna die in those 58m lol. but i c how ppl get great results in 90 days.

  • P.S. I am here for both of you either it'd be for the pep talks or even watching the baby a little longer after school or whenever so that you two can get in the time to workout just give me a call and I am here :)

  • Prima dont be so hard on yourself. In the begining it is rough but with time it will be a daily routine and in no time you will both be at your goal weights :)

  • Don't be so hard on yourself. We all have bad weeks. Just get back to the good habits that helped you drop a few pounds before. You can do it!!! Glad you're doing P90X...I wanna hear how it goes.

  • Dont give up...keep it going....u can get back on the wagin and control it. And u have me. im still int he wagon its not like i got off and left yall there. so keep going strong.
