Practice high sticking with the video 2 times through the 40 count exercise, then do another 40 counts alone on the same hand. Turn your wrists only and make sure you get high strokes. If you don't make it through WITHOUT lifting your arm, start over again.

Informative clips mate, I got a question though...are the sticks you're using make-shift one's or a pair you can buy? I'd kinda' like a pair of mini tree's to practice with :)

Hehehe - "mini trees" - I like that.
Yeah, they're just "Vic Firth Corpsmasters" that I wrapped with white duct tape.
Promark has a similar version, but I don't know what they're called.
