More than two years late, Boeing's 787 Dreamliner jet took to the skies Tuesday, in a critical milestone for the problem-plagued aircraft seen as key to the future of the US aerospace giant. Under dreary skies, the Dreamliner took off at 10:27 am (1827 GMT) to loud applause from those gathered at Paine Field near Boeing's plant in the western state of Washington.Duration: 01:12

  • WOW about fucking time, maybe if you made all the parts here in the U.S. to help out in the job market, it would of been in the air way sooner. that's what you get when the parts are made all over the world and then put together, they don't fit. i don't feel sorry for Boeing and how long it took, they are not helping the U.S. in making jobs for people so, hello airbus. Boeing, suck my fat balls you assholes. hope the dream liner falls on its face and they are just peaces of shit planes.

  • That is one sexy plane :o

  • @mjcuracao

No, this is not to be green. It is to make money selling Airplanes that are more efficient to operate.

  • @HolySpaghettiMonster

    Your little spagetti monster, hhhaaaaahhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaa!!!!

  • @bhartha2007

Airbus was created and started 20 years ago with this!

Now America is showing off, to bee green?

Americans consume twice or more energy, per head capita, than any other in the world.

  • I like it, it is revolutionary, greener, saves money for the client, neat interior, and new cockpit, super cool
