The LSU Tiger Football Team takes the field prior to the start of the 2007 victory over Florida on 10/06/07. This video was taken after the National Anthem and Alma-Mater was sung. It is the second half of the pre-game show by the band.

  • There's no truth to that at all. Louisianians are generous and gracious to anyone who generous and gracious right back. If you act like you don't want anything to do with Tiger fans at a ball game you will likely get some grief but not anything like what you've described. There's a time-honored tradition of "Tiger-baiting" opposing teams fans. If you act intimidated and hostile you will only encourage more Tiger-baiting until all you want to do is leave. (Read the next comment for more)

  • @wsevin: If however you smile and approach the one(s) tiger-baiting you and even give whatever your team's cheer is, stick out your hand and introduce yourself, you will likely get invited to a tailgate where you will enjoy some of the best of Tiger tailgating. In fact, there are opposing fans every home game who do this purposely in order to get free food and drink and make new friends that invite them back the next time the teams play. The point is, it's all in your attitude.

  • who were they playing?

  • University of Florida

  • Congratulations!

  • Chance of rain.... NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @ greymoose1000... Trojans? Wow? A name for a condom. classy.... Hah not!

  • @chrisz71 There are no bad apples in Southern California. The MOOSE and his fellow Men of Troy represent the college football world and the PAC-12 with CLASS!

  • Of all the schools we (UNC) have played in the last few years, the LSU fans have been by far the most impressive.

  • @wsevin hey man, if you come to LR for a game let me know. Arkansas fans give you grief (well the ones that have been drinking since the tuesday before the game). I don't tailgate at the stadium because I refuse to pay the UofA approx $700 for a spot to tailgate, but if you give me a heads up i can give you a list or something of the best places to watch football (or prepare for the game) around town. But there's usually free food around somewhere on the golf course. I hope to go to BR sometime.

  • Every school has their asses when it comes to fans. I'm in Arkansas and I've seen some downright nasty fans here, and some taunting fans from LSU. But all in all the majority of fans I've met from Louisiana (both LSU and Mcneese state) have been super hospitable and wonderful to talk to. Heck I was even invited to their tailgate and thanksgiving dinner (Ark vs LSU). Yeah, there's a few bad apples in every school, but I won't let them change my thoughts of the university. Respect from Arkansas.

  • Ladies and Gentlemen, it is time to introduce the Jimmy Swaggart Dipshits of Baton Rouge.

  • I'm hoping to go to LSU in the next 3 years or so and so far I'm looking forward to two things: Academics and LSU Football.

    Geaux Tigers!

  • @mattwells92 how do you get free food? Student?
