Eyeliner Howto: Tightlining Technique, Waterline & Favs

The Laura Mercier Tightline Cake Eye Liner shown in the video is available at Sephora.com or in sephora stores. They also sell an accompanying product, the Tightline Activator, which I do not own, nor have I tried. I think water works just fine with the cake liner. :)

@123Jenny90 No hun i haven't tried the brown shade. yes it stays on all day for me, i rarely have to touch up! i usually get a regular eye pencil and dip it in the maybelline gel liner to make waterline application easier.

@2upakaveli have you also tried the brown shade of the maybelline? Is it a reddish brown or a genuine rich brown without any red undertones to it. And as you said it does indeed stay on all day and is it waterproof as well??

@123Jenny90 hey sweetie! i can 100% say it works as good if not better! ive had my fluidline around the same length of time as ive had my maybelline and i must say the maybelline one is still soft whereas i can feel my fluidline drying out. dont get me wrong i 100% love mac, i get everything from there lol i literally went today but for this,maybelline beats them hands down.

@natascha97 yeah theyre fine, i use both bobbi brown gel liner and the maybelline one and both are absolutely fine on the water line! :)
