British composer Benedict Mason's (1954- ) exceptionally long-titled work, "The Four Slopes of Twice Among Gliders of Her Gravity", composed in 1997 for the Donaueschinger Musiktage Festival. It is scored for two pianos, two player pianos, electronics and "a human being", basically to assist in the electronic aspects of the work and to provide the capability of various, extended practices that would not be possible otherwise.
