Abortion above ground (therefore much safer) absolutely, legal (well yes it has to be to be above ground now doesnèt it), now the real kicker that pisses off so many women is REGULATED. In this day and age there is absolutely no reason to use abortion as birth control with so many contraceptives.

@CatholicCoatHanger I don't believe I mentioned this one before but, on a related note: Childrens right to know both of their own parents and their medical histories, should render paternity fraud a crime. Many studies have found 10-30% of the claimed fathers could not have been the father. Geography and socio-economic class were found to affect the studies. But the BEST CASE scenario 10% of live births resulted in a man being enslaved to raise another mans' child without his consent.

@CatholicCoatHanger Case law is a piss-poor substitute for thinking for yourself. Just because some dumb judge happens to agree with your particular prejudice does not make it right, or even moral.

All I've said is that abortion should not be used as a substitute for contraception (look up the difference between birth control and contraception). And, that men need to have reproductive rights enshrined in law aswell.

I'd be interested in learning the name, address and a few details of that women's clinic mentioned by you so that I can follow up with an investigation of my own, provided that you are being forthright of course, which I doubt.

Otherwise, there are even safer medical or non-surgical abortions available now in the forms of a combination of two medications, mifepristone and misoprostol that is an option for women who are 8 weeks pregnant or less.

Well good luck paying for kids you never wanted or having ones you did aborted when there is no medical threat to the mother at all. BTW, do you know why judges have steered clear of telling women to carry to term babies in such cases....... because the judges said ÈWomen will just drink and smoke and do all sorts of stupid things in cases like that, delivering a damaged childÈ
