@erailea acctualy, iwas thinking of Beast Machines, my bad. and it wasn't the CG, it was the whole "machines transforming into organic creatures". in beast wars, they had animal shapes but were still robots. beast machines they were organic. that ain't right.

I totally agree with you Sbetsho. It's all about nostalgia. I mean, seriously, if you look back at the 80's cartoons they're cheesy and have lots of animation glitches (color swapping, etc) and some of the lingo is different from modern day lingo. I think only those who grew up in that day and age really appreciate the show because we simply grew up with it.

well, that's probably because you're in the modern CG world. Beast Wars was early commercial CG. People these days expect really nice looking CGI, which wasn't so easily done back in 1996 when Beast Wars was made (or really it would have been created in 2004 or 2005 and then released in 2006)

I was born in armada, but my dad had all the transformers series/season or what ever you wanna call tehm and i have to say, the only one i thought was "rubbish" was Beast Wars.
