I use Fraps for this kind of recordings. But this game also has a recording option in it. A bit less resolution and still buggy, but does the job if you know what you're doing. Fraps also comes in a free version which works exactly like the full version, but it says fraps .com on top of your screen, or something like that.
Check it out, it's a nice tool! I have two 17" screens at 4:3 ratio, and with CoX in windowed mode you can stretch over those two screens, that's how I did it.
