  • One question.. You said you respect Goy and Toshav that uphold Torah Commands. Does this include Believers such as myself who accept Yahushua as the Messiah. I practice all the Torah commands that does not depend on the Temple since there is no Temple. I follow strict Shabbat, I wear Tzit-Tzits, I do not trim my beard, I practice all the Moedims, I follow Kashrut, etc, etc.. But I find I get looked down upon by Jews because I keep all these Torah commands and they will say they are not for me.

  • That is a very interesting question. Unfortunately, even among Jews there are periods in history when people decided that someone was the Messiah and made a new sect. Nothing is more painful to the Jewish people, even today. But I personally surely respect a gentile who has defied the world to accept Jewish values, and if they are not as I would do, I still am filled with respect at your efforts, because what else can we do but our best? May HaShem continue to guide you higher and higher.

  • I was born a x-tian.

I became an atheist in my teens.

Observing nature brought me to accept the theory of 'intelligent design'.

Jews with their miraculous survival, innumerable contributions to humanity and their sheer decency and goodness brought me to the G-d of Israel.

    Thank G-d for the Jews!

  • @bigbadnewman That was so inspiring. You are light from darkness, the highest light. Thank you.

  • You talk like you are either G-d or know Him personally. You even know that He cannot forgive, even though the entire bible is filled with the idea that G-d forgives. You invent a G-d, then you say what he can or cannot do. And you are not embarrassed to tell this to others.

  • Judaism is hard, but I will always love the Jews. Am working on following the Noahide Laws.

  • Ashkenazi decends from Japhet not Shem Noah said Japhet would dwelling in the tents of Shem. Why do you and your people call yourselves jews when you are the gentiles. And why are we taught that we are gentiles when we are Jews who desend from Judah. You weren't brought to back to Egypt in ships or a yoke of iron never were on your neck. What i say is not anti semetic because you aren't semetic. Yet I speak for the true decedents of Shem.

You're too kind, Rabbi. I actually consider myself a wicked and tarnished man. I'm not completely stupid though and as such I recognise plain truth. Even as an atheist I knew in my guts there was something special about Jewery beyond being just a quirky ethnicity with good business accumen!

What I find so astounding is that 99% of other gentiles CANNOT see the greatness in Israel's children. It's not the Jews that have "scales over their eyes" ! :)

  • There was a time when anyone who didn't accept this kind of talk was tortured or killed. Hopefully, those times will not come back. If you believe these things, that is your business, but please leave the rest of us in peace.

  • So you believe that "G-d forgets". I wish you would forget my site. Please, go away.
