On Sunday Oct 18, 2009 at Grand Bend Motorplex in Ontario, Canada, Michael Angelo Campolucci ran a career best of 7.361 @ 184.57 mph in our '07 Stallion Motorsports - SM1RACING.COM GTO. None of this could have been possible without the work of Ed DaSilva of J&E Manufacturing who found one of our many gremlins this year, the carbs and linkage, which helpd us get back our ET and MPH. Thanks Ed!! Mitch Markusich of Pro Racing Fuels for welllll, EVERYTHING. Eric Donovan of Eric Donovan Race Cars for putting the car together for us. Marco Abruzzi for his tranny and converter. Greg and Josh Ellis. Dwayne Young of cmsports.com. Vince Greco for his data support. Jeff Quinn of Quinn Construction. Joe Trimmeliti of Trimm Signs. Bob Bielaszka, Larry Kilpatrick, Dave Bell, and Grand Bend Motorplex and their staff for their awesome track prep. This was a complete team effort no, ME in this camp. Thank you everyone. Again, THANK YOU.

Lastly, to all of our friends and fans that show us support at every different track, we thank you too!!!

  • Thank you everyone for your very kind words and encouragement!!! Stallion Motorsports is up to even bigger and better things for 2011 so stay tuned!

  • Michael,

Congrats to you and dad and the crew!!

    Great Job ;-)

He is a man without integrity and can not stand to see people with integrity be successful. When you see him at the track he hangs his head low and walks away. He doesn't have the sack to stand face to face and talk like a balance minded person. So, enjoy the moment and hold your head up high.

Besides, He will have a whole lot to say when, OH chief justice gives the word!!

Again, Congrats from you friends to the south

  • Thanks a lot for the kind words, much appreciated. I figured that!!

  • Very impressive pass Micheal takes alot of work to make a car go fast.

Congrats to you and your team.

    Ron

  • Thanks for putting PMD power in the faces of Chebbys! I think we have all had enough of Chebby!

  • hey congrats to you both. me, meg, and bela are proud of you guys. you deserve every bit of the thunder. i have looked at this car since the day they first debut it an all i can say is wow. oh and i have never seen a nitrous tank let alone any bottles.

we cant wait to see you guys at nationals this year and see if you can get it to go any faster, lol.

ill let you drive my car if i can yours, lol.

  • Congrats! Maurizio & Michael

I have known Maurizio since we were kids growing up in the same neighbourhood. He is a man of character. Michael is a chip off the old block. When guys would insist that Chevy or Mopar were the only way to go, that meant try harder to the STALLION! To the other pontaic guys who rebuff this record or its integrity, it is simpy a case of WHINING! So to the negative commentors....... How about a little CHEESE with your WHINE!!!!

  • Great job Micheal fuck those py haters KRE Rocks....You guysRock.See you @ the bend next year.Polar-Pontiac.

  • that way faster than my goat thats for sure.

  • Nice run! Norwalk should be interesting next year!
