Although I do miss the NHL on ESPN, I don't miss Gary Thorne one bit. This guy was such a Rangers homer back in the day it was annoying as hell to me I turned the volume off. Same thing with Mike Emrick nowadays, very biased towards certain teams I either mute the volume or watch and listen a different feed if possible.
