WoW 85 PvP Subtlety Rogue tips and tricks updated for the 4.2 patch

A subtlety rogue tips and tricks video updated for the 4.2 patch, as well as a mention about the upcoming 4.3 patch. I'm going to say right now that I am not a pro, so if you are here to see a real pro doing arena, then you may just want to take a look at this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SrLkKEIfyJ0 in some of the footage you also see me clicking a bit, particularly fan of knives at one point in the video. I am a former clicker but these days I only ever have to click Vanish and Preparation (and Cloak of Shadows but it is built into a few macros that do have key bindings so it really doesn't matter).

This video is completely based around spec and build, as well as a few tips and tricks. Although there are a few mentions on rotation, it isn't what this video is about. As much as I would like to just include it, Sub rogues have no real rotation. They do whatever the situation calls for, and what that should be is up to you using your better judgement. I'm a new rogue, lvl 20 atm

So what do you recommend me to use after I ambush, sinister strike or backstab?

And please give me some tips in pvp'ing - liked the vid :)

@Q4SSIMI That all depends on your spec. If you are only level 20 you don't even have backstab yet lol, so go with sinister strike. In higher levels, use Backstab, unless you are combat spec, in which case use sinister strike.

I remember starting a new Worgen rogue on a different server, and although I got Ambush really early, I looked at the training level for Backstab and it was either the 20s or 30s. I remember being pretty upset about it, and level 18 doesn't sound like anything to be upset about lol.

@kardy3 Umm what? Go watch streams of legitimate pros using Quickening over Improved recup and make the same comment and see how well that goes. I get it for the movement with a little bit of healing, because without it, just about every class can outrun us.

@DreadsmileZ Sure thing. The armor was just full Relentless gladiator gear. For gemming always aim toward agility, and for reforging aim for critical strike rating (although I have been using a bit more mastery lately and have had good results). For spec there is alot to explain lol, private message me any specific questions you have and I'll answer.
