Sweet dance video!

Lighting is near perfect.

Video is clear with minor distortion.

It's at the end of the video when the dancer is closest to the camera that the dance is most exciting -- she fills up the screen, larger than life -- she comes alive on film.

Here and a bit closer is the best distance from the camera, yet only a handful of producers know this in the dance industry.

Hi!!

Wow, you have lots of great, encouraging things to say about videography. I'm really interested in it, but feel like I have NO CLUE what I am doing. This video was actually done off a tripod that I set up. But I am the one of did the taping for another video you commented on called Promise Improv. I LOVE capturing my dancers in ways you can't do just holding the camera still in one place. These videos are treasures to me.

I have been going through some s#1tty times lately, I almost wanted to quit academy. But somehow, when I see you dancing, when I see you teaching I realize this is what I really wanna do, and this is the kind of theacher I want to be. You & my Jazz teachers are really helping me through this, to stay strong, I will not give up just because of some down moments...
