At Min 5.48 - Do we call ourself as 1-Malaysian?

Please kindly watch the video till minute 5.48, There you will see a man will pull off a chair, as an Indian move to sit down. So in that moment do we call our self as 1-Malaysian? I felt really sad, as Malaysian we should help each others, not by act against each others.

Now, is the 1Malaysia concept really working towards the goal, which set by our PM?.
