Manager of Media Integration for Chick-fil-A, Chuck Bradford, will join JAMA on Thursday, July 22, to help us understand how the popular chicken franchise leverages marketing assets to create raving fans for the Chick-fil-A brand. He will share the company's history, business model, and how they differentiate themselves from the rest of the industry to build the brand and drive sales.
Chuck Bradford is the Manager of Media Integration at Chick-fil-A, Inc. He is responsible for developing media strategies at Chick-fil-A and leads a team that consults with restaurant franchisees in the top 20 markets to increase brand awareness. The focus of his work is a planning process which includes individualized market assessments, budget analysis, and identification of marketing opportunities. He also serves as a liaison between the franchisees and the advertising agency to review creative and manage the buying process for the organization.
