Me and peter went to lonon for the day and this is what I filmed while we were there. We start around the East End my favourite part of london, Christ Church shines in the sun in Spitalfields. Then we had a rest in the garden round the church which was the graveyard at one time. There was a load of noise so I went to see what it was and saw loads of people queueing to get into what used to be public toilets which have now been converted into a club. As the camera pans round there is a multi storey car park that is on the site of the last Jack the Ripper victim. We then move to near the Tower of London and the river, when I stayed for a weekend with my mum we tried looking for the site of the scaffold and then found it when I went with peter, me and my mum had walked right past it. There are plaques all the way round with the names of the people that were hung and the date. We then went for the boat to cross the Thames and it was so fast. From the south of the river you can see Tower 42 and the Gherkin just peeping out from behind a building and the tower of london, in the distance you can make out Canary Wharf and Tower Bridge and nearer to us HMS Belfast. We then made our way to the film location for Lock stock and two smoking barrels and then had an ice cream by the Globe theatre. We then crossed the Millenium bridge or wobbly bridge as its known and St Pauls stares you in the face as you cross. On the bridge you get a better view looking to Canary Wharf and Tower Bridge, you can also see the ice cream van where we had a rest as the camera pans round the Tate Modern is in front of you looking south. The sun had started going down and the temperature seemed to suddenly drop I tried to get the OxO tower lit up but it didnt come out and then you can see the London Eye and the sky was so nice it was a perfect end to a nice day out
I love London loads!
