  • @Bluedino549 i tried to get a 'Hackintosh' Before I Got my Macintosh.. lol

  • @simtimesfive I agree compleetly.

  • @fairlygoodman Me too!

  • @fairlygoodman If you do it the right way, it is stable. Most people skip steps like modifying the "DSDT" or they install the wrong driverfiles. Ofcourse it is unstable in those cases. I recommend using iPC or iAtkos version 10.5.8 or 10.6.2.

There are tools helping you to modify the DSDT (and this is safe, you cannot brake anything), then put the disk in, choose the right "kexts" (Kernel Extensions = driverfiles) and then install the os. I didn't crash at all.

  • @Bluedino549 are they as unstable as eveyone claims they are?

  • @fairlygoodman Hackintosh! That might be something for you. Search for OSx86.

    I started with a hackintosh before I got a Macintosh. :D

  • Sometimes i like to play this in full screen and pretend I have a mac :(

  • I put together a history of Mac OS initial start up videos: 9.x - 10.5.x (10.6.x is the same as 10.5.x) Vista Made us switch from an all PC house to an all Mac house.

  • showoff
