I am a Japanese man. By reading some of the comments here, I have a feeling that USA is seriously in the process of declining. Initially, right after the game, I was so grateful for the warm comments and regards from Americans, which I thought made USA a great nation. But now they've started to blame it on to PENALTIES!! Wow, that's the RULE regardless. I am so sorry for some Americans here...
