Every time Glenn Brown says, "That's a really good point!" I cant help but feel he is being dismissive and condescending. It seems to me that these YouTube people are basically saying they are going to do what they want, however they want.
Though they are here to take input and look for new ideas, if they might have to stretch a little to appease their customers they are not going to do it. His response to Allen's idea for Fair Use review is a perfect example.

There has been maybe 2 fair-use lawsuits from users but at least thousands of false DMCA take-downs out of the millions enforced.
I hate the "my hands are tied" attitude the corporate spokes-people have.

I'm following this series with interest... I'm kinda hoping to get some answers on what happens if some one gets a DMCA on totally self made content. Are you then still obliged to counter that and make your own personal information known to the claimer? Even if it's totally clear it's original content?
