EXPOSING THE RACIST POLITICS BY THE OPPOSITION.

In the by-election for the Ijok seat in the Selangor state assembly, a straight fight between Barisan Nasional coalition ( fielding K.Parthiban, an Indian Hindu candidate) and Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) had exposed the dark side of Malaysian politics.

One PKR campaigner encouraging an elder malay couple to vote for them as their candidate is a Malay. And it was well known the mainly Chinese left-wing Democratic Action Pary (DAP) would desperately do everything by helping anyone to topple the incumbent government. This time DAP had helped PKR in their racist campaign just like what they had done in 1999 General Election, by forming an alliance with a religous extremist party - Parti Islam Se-malaya (PAS).

PKR was trying to instill fear into Malay populace mind by using the popular racist slogan
"Undi Khalid Undi Masjid; Undi Parthiban Undi Kuil"
Translation:

"Vote Khalid vote for a mosque, vote Parthiban vote for a temple.

The racist remarks by a PKR campainer in the video.

"Calon Melayu, kak, orang Melayu kita, Tan sri Khalid"

"Calon Melayu, bang, Tan sri Khalid, orang melayu kita pilih calon kita"

Translation:

"Malay candidate, mam, our own Malay, Tan sri Khalid"

"Malay candidate, sir, our own Malay please vote our candidate"
