In that maze near the end of level 8, the original game would have toasted Thexder. Here, those barriers are too easy to destroy with shields. How do you survive the rest of the levels. You didn't in the original game which made it that much more challenging. This is a poor rendition of the original game.

Too damn easy... takes arway from the original MS-DOS game which will always be the best. Too pretty and too glitzy made for today's generation. Whatever happened to the bonus w/o using the shield. Try playing w/o using the shield and see if you can beat it without continuing!
