Los Panchos grabaron esta bonita canción en 1954, con la primera voz de Julito Rodríguez y los fundadores Chucho Navarro y Alfredo Gil. Mi voz natural es la segunda (y tercera), y a falta de un tenorino para cantar la primera voz, ésta se ha conseguido gracias a un desplazador de tonos.

Amateur version recorded in a Home Studio of the Bolero "Aunque me cueste la vida" (Even if it costs my life), from Luis Kalaff, a great composer from the Dominican Republic. The Trio Los Panchos recorded this beautiful song in 1954, with Julito Rodriguez as lead singer and the founders, chucho Navarro (second voice and second guitar) and Alfredo Gil (first guitar and third voice). Erstes Lied von der Serie: Trio Los Panchos, von A bis Z. Amateur Home Studio Version von dem Bolero „Aunque me cueste la vida" (Selbst wenn es mein Leben kostet), komponiert von Luis Kalaff, ein sehr bekannter Komponist aus der Dominikanische Republik. Der Trio Los Panchos hat dieses Lied im Jahr 1954 aufgenommen, mit Julito Rodriguez als Hauptsänger, Chucho Navarro als zweite stimme und zweite Gitarre und Alfredo Gil als erste Gitarre und dritte Stimme. Pancho: Te felicito por tanto esfuerzo y talento bien logrado en honrar a nuestro inolvidable Trio Los Panchos. Encomiable tu experimento tecnico-musical que enlaza muy bien con el estilo y la tonalidad del famoso bolero del compositor dominicano Luis D'Kalaff.
Hace muchos años la grabe cuando hacia la primera voz del trio Los Trovadores con diferente arreglo.
De nuevo te felicito y te deseo lo mejor por no dejar morir la musica de trios.
