@Jumpunit Sure, but those numbers are ridiculous. My experience is closer to 20000 non-mac users and 2000 Mac users, and paints a much clearer picture of their average collective technical knowledge over the last five years. I's not saying all Mac users know nothing, just that most know less about how and why their computer works, and mistakenly believe that Macs are immune to all computer problems. Which, of course, is absurd.
