Simon katich single handedly lost the ashes. If either Michael or David Hussey or brad hodge were in the side they would have one. Come to think of it there would probably be 10-15 batsmen who could have replaced him in that ashes squad which would have performed better.

It wasnt how shit Simon Katich was, it was how consistent and good the bowling was. You put the Hussey's or Hodge in and almost the same outcome would have happened. You cant blame the failure of a series on one person. They all had their own weaknesses and whatnot through the series.
