My father drove me down to Longmoor for the open day to see the WD 2-10-0 No 600 and 0-6-0ST working there.

  • Great footage .Remember when these trains used to transport us between Martinque Barracks and the TTA, also from Bordon to Liss during the summer block leave.

  • @skeleion The 0-6-0ST Was 157 which you can actually buy a model of it off hornby

  • hard to believe it's all gone

  • If my memory serves me right Clan Line and Blackmore Vale were stored there for a while. Also there was at least one more 0-6-0st out of service, and a 2-8-0 under wraps.

  • If only this had been preserved,well...a man can dream.

  • this was used for the great st trinnians train robbery

  • Excellent rare footage!! As you probably know the engines are at preserved railways Gordon at Severn Valley and Errol Lonsdale is at the South Devon Railway.

  • 5* this is brilliant footage
