When the National Association of Realtors is showing us that over 90% of people going to the web to start their search and 75% of them choosing the first agent they meet then as real estate agents we had better listen up.

The National Association of Realtors also tells us that 88% of agents are still trying to use paper to look for their leads... another interesting statistic I read the other day pointed out that only 7% of people are going to newspapers and magazines to find a home.
