I was in a choir that performed this Anthem many years ago (I as only basso).
Celtusguy - the piece as written is fast, it is sung just a tad fast... but not much...
MarcusMetz - bass' were spot-on... as a bass, the only thing I would say is that there was not enough bass. How did they destroy the Hymn or Anthem?
