Joe Lieberman as McCain's Secretary of State?

During the "tell me something I don't know" segment of the Chris Matthews Show today, Telemundo's Jose Diaz-Balart predicted that if Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) "wins the general," Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-CT) "leaves the Senate to become Secretary of State.
