  • Awesome Daniel great video, thanks for the good ideas.

  • @Lakkhesis1976 dman to the cost of living as well as to the economy, I am trying to plan a move to hawaii, where the cost of living is high. but i plan to never use heat or a/c, grow alot of my food, fish, entertain my self outside, i am hoping that cuts my cost pretty low, i dont drink or smoke either

  • @HappierHealthierYou Cost of living = ridiculous... But we're relatively free of economic slump as far as I can tell.

  • @Lakkhesis1976 Wow that sounds great, how is the cost of living, is the economy in the dumps over there also?

  • @HappierHealthierYou I think Australia is probably like any other western country when it comes to health, though we don't tend to identify ourselves as 'health nuts' as much as Americans seem to though. Like, it's not a 'movement' here as much, a social thing. Sydney, where I am, would probably be considered warm/mild year round by Europeans/people in cool parts of the US, but to me it gets pretty chilly at points! Great surfing though :)

  • @Lakkhesis1976 coll ill check it out, so how is austraila, are there a good amount of health minded people. I always have been so curious about it. Where you live is it warm year round, is there maves that are surf worthy?

  • @Lakkhesis1976 I pick up my raw milk before class one day a week and literally have to hide it in my bag before I go in!!! Gets you very strong/flexible and is quite challenging though. Try both 'jivamukti' and 'kettlebell swing' in both google and youtube searches, I don't really have any particularly favourite sites, and don't have my own :)

  • @HappierHealthierYou He's usually slandering, rarely giving advice... He basically just refers everyone to Grahams 80/10/10 for actual 'nutritional' advice, although I don't believe Graham recommends the huge number of calories that Harley does: can't quite recall.

Yeah, he has a steady crew of unquestioning followers. Average IQ about 55, and a variety of spectrum disorders represented...

Jivamukti is a great, dynamic yoga method, though very vegan focussed, somewhat ironically... (TBC'd)

  • @Lakkhesis1976 One thing that is so insane when it comes to that guy, I can never tell when he is giving advice or slandering another diet life style. Also he never just lays out how to eat fruitarian, he just down talk every one and uses sarcasm and guilt trips... Haha I could seriously picture those talks with his robotic followers. Do you have a site or blog or even a faviorite site that has info on Jivamukti or kettlebell swings, Id love to check that out more.

  • @HappierHealthierYou Oh, the talks are a load of... He can't address BASIC audience questions without stuttering and/or diverting completely off topic. Most people leave looking perplexed and disappointed, but his fanatical anorexic crew are also always there, laughing at his bad jokes and thinking every word he says is genius, so...

Pre-preg, all yoga was Jivamukti. I also did 2-3 tabata sessions weekly (usually using kettlebell swings), and more like 2-3 weights sessions/week.

    And thanks!
