4/30/2011 -- PLASMA STORM & LIGHTNING OVERLOAD at Sakurajima volcano in Japan

I haver never personally seen a "lightning" storm off a volcano that was THIS intense. Its a first for me.. and I've seen a LOT of volcano eruptions.

This makes the earlier video look like nothing! Something strange is going on with this particular eruption at sakurajima.. its been active for a while, but not like this...

Iv never seen lightning at a volcano sight ever before and no one has ever mentioned it in any volcano events. Iv seen 1 stroke of lightning in another volcano but these plasmas are uber. Is it natural?

I have gone to all international source and can not confirm this eruption or video. Lightning effect app are available for video editing softwares. Until we see a crediable report i would caution the authenticity of this video with one caveat Japan has been censoring. Does any one have a creditable link to confirm?

I ran this video to my prof here in Denver, he said this could be an effect of the radioactive matter in the atmosphere, but it's unlikely. He also said volcanoes have been reported to blast plasma-like matter before. But then he insisted that it's possible that a man-made scalar weapon (HARRP!) could have hit the opening of the volcano in attempt to cause a full scale eruption!

@TalanFaeSphere how would you come to that conclusion. Seems like you made it up out of thin air. Is there evidence of harp going off, or the volcano being hit by microwaves. ????

@fleshtheworld ummm, look at some of the other footage from this volcano. imo, it looks like these are induced eruptions.

@dutchsinse Great vid, as yes, it is totally authentic footage of one of the worlds most active volcanos. Spectacular stuff, but lightning is nothing strange in these events, this is an uber example of such!
