*In New York*

Joe's POV

I love New York! So many different things are happening that nobody even notices you.....unless your a Jonas. We decided to meet up with the prentals to get the 'talk' out of the way.

"What were you thinking?" Dad asked. "How could you drop all your responsibilities!"
"We thought you liked what you do." Mom said.
"We do Mom." I agreed. "But this was really important."
"Trust us, alot went down." Kevin smiled, thinking back to last night.
"Well I suppose your pretty pleased with yourselves, huh?" Dad asked.
"Yeah, I feel awesome." Nick mumbled, sarcasticly.
"Did he forget to use his pod!" Mom asked, panicked. "You know how grouchy you get." she warned.
"I broke up with Riley." he grunted.
"Riley? I thought you guys were in love." Dad said.
"Such a lovely girl." Mom crooned.
"Yeah, well if she's so nice why did she cheat on me!" Nick yelled, standing from his seat.

Damn! This boy was dramatic. And......maybe a little grouchy.

"Honey, calm down." Mom soothed. "I'm sure you guys will work things out."
"I don't think she wants to work things out." Kevin stated.
"She's with Carl now." I said, simply.
"Who's Carl?" Dad asked.
"Managers son. He's 18 and way too old for her." I told them, cringing at the thought.

Riley had always seemed so innocent and pure. Now she was dating a guy my age who she hardly knew.

Riley's POV

The plane ride with Carl was awkward. All I could think about was Nick and how I'd messed everything up. This was Carl. He was 18 and every girl knew, 18 year old boys wanted totally different things, than 15 year old girls. I glanced at him and he was watching me. I blushed and turned away. I had a go-see for Chanel and I wasn't gonna let this distract me, but I had to do something.

Nick, please meet me.
We need to talk!

Riley.

A simple text message should make it very clear. All I wanted was to be back in his arms, even though I hurt him, I hoped he'd forgive me. I can't believe the excitement of being with an older guy made me ditch Nick. Older guys were cool, if you were an older girl. All I needed was my Nick, but I doubt he'll have me.

"Are you ready for your go-see?" Carl asked.

I shook my head eagerly. I climbed from the limo and walked into a large, glass building. Women walked around in pinstripe, business skirts, and men strolled around in black armani suits. I was wearing a floral sundress - which backfired against the harsh New York weather - and a silver leather jacket. I changed into some silver heels and quickly checked my appearance. My eyes were a little red from crying, but I looked fine.

"Riley Stevens." I said in a formal voice to the receptionist.

She smiled at me pleasantly, typed something into her computer, then handed me a file.

"Hand this to Claire inside, we've heard alot about you." she grinned, excitedly.

I walked into the office next door and was greeted, by who I pressumed, was Claire.

"Riley my dear!" She grinned. "I've been expecting you."
"You have?" I asked, shocked.
"You dear, are the next Kate Moss." she said, flamboyantly.

She was a little out there, and I'm not sure about Kate Moss but, everybody seemed to know I was arriving.

"I thought we'd take a few photos for your portfolio first, isn't that exciting?"
"Amazing." I said. "But don't I have to meet Chanel?" I asked, confused.
"Honey, Chanel already has you booked, all you had to do was show up." she laughed.
"How do they know I'm any good?" I asked.
"You came with Langdon!" she stated, as if this was obvious. "He's the best in the business."

I shrugged and followed her into an empty room, with a camera set out. Photo shoot!

Nick's POV

Riley text me. She was making it hard to forget her. She said we needed to talk, which I agreed on, but I didn't think I was ready. Would I ever be ready, I wasn't sure, but the sooner this was officially over, the easier it would be to move on.

Linley Plaza
Starbucks
3:00pm

I would end this thing officially, then I can forget I ever dated her. I've lost all trust in people, I suppose family is truely the only people you can trust.

Song: I'm Gonna Be A Supermodel - Jill Sobuel

That song totally fits lol
