This looks like the Nexus Memory Card. FYI it isn't a USB connector on top but an old style 6-pin plug; the other end of the cable went into your PC's printer port. Unfortunately it is useless for modern PC's with Windows 7 as these connections have now been phased out and the transfer software is no longer compatible.
