On 24 September 2007, Anno's Africa held an art exhibition of paintings and monoprints by the children of the Majengo slum, which raised over $40,000 towards next year's arts project in Nairobi. Part 1 features the exhibition and guests, Part 2 is Bee's speech about the project, and Part 3 is a performance by Lulu, Billy Scherer and Johnny Borrell.

You are so beautiful, and i see their hearts in your voice. In tears, it's all so sad and terrible and wonderful and joyous!

Wow, the terrible descriptions of Kenyan slums bring back so many haunting memories. It shatters me to think of what these lives face each day. But the beauty of these wonderful children and the love of these people bring so much to this world. Bless you, Bee! And this incredible project!

Love this voice and this tiding. Close to the River...after playing the song, I watched the clip again, feeling a rise as she went on, and then compleatly breaking into a sob when she and Anno's papa embraced.
What an anxious rebirth of compassion...that's Anno!
Eternal blessings xxxx
