To all those slagging off the EDL, The EDL rightly protests against Islamic extremists who are a grave threat to this country as proved by the 7/7 bombings in London. Also there would have been no trouble at this demonstration had the police allowed us to march through the town as we had intended. Our plan was to hold a peaceful march and rally against Islamic extremism, but the police blocked us into a confined space forcing us to fight our way out.
