It seems that Asus has found a better solution in to making the memory slots on their motherboards. Notice "the cut" on the right side of the RAM slots on the Asus P7P55D LE Motherboard. They replaced the plastic holder with a metal bracket that holds the memory modules in their place. This also helps in not having to remove your video card (it if ti bigger) when you want to add or replace memory modules, because now there are no plastic holders that you need to open on the right side that will touch the VGA PCB. Good move Asus, now lets see if others will follow the example... ;)

  • i have 4rams with 2 dfirent size.8gb and 1gb and i want to know where shall i put the 8gb ram first. in first slot or secod. or how are they slot names. the blue one is 0 and black is 1?
