Animal Aids cookery-training officer, Liz Hughes, demonstrates to school students how to cook a delicious and nutritious vegetarian dish: vegetable sausage and bean casserole (15 minutes duration).

HAHA the woman on the video looks like she smokes, she does not look healthy, Dont go vega, just try to find the balance in eating meat and other good food. Japanese eat a lot of meat and they live long, its not the meat that is bad, its the people who put things in the meat, and who kill the animals in a bad way.Peace

@marcluc1988 I'm a vegitarian, and some people just can't understand even how simple both are

@boyacrosstheroad "Isn't it obvious a vegetarian doesn't eat meat?", you ask but I've been asked (as a vegan) if I eat meat so, apparently, it's not obvious to some people.

That has to be the best presented cookery class I've seen ever.

Thank you for demonstrating just how easy it is to put together a vegan dinner.
Tofurky brand makes a delicious veggie Italian Sausage with sun-dried tomato and basil, which cooks in minutes on the grill or in the microwave, and can be served with either a brown rice pasta or as a sausage wrap in a whole wheat tortilla with onions, red pepper, and marinara sauce.
How I love being vegan!
