  • the fuck kind of dumb bells are those??

And I prefer doing front raises with my palms facing eachother... and lifting both arms at once so you don't rest your delt like you do when alternating.

  • Hey, you guys done a great done, I really like it , thanks

  • bitch look like megatron wit those retarded ass dumbbells

  • Those are dumb bells for dumb asses

  • lol looks less like a dumbbell, more like something you'd break over someone's head!

But I will testify, this is a terrific exercise for your front delts, especially when combined with an upper chest exercise. Makes those collar bones disappear like Houdini.

  • dumbbells of the future

    what the fuck are those

  • Finally some sense. DO NOT do them with palms facing you as this will lead to impingement and do not go above parallel.

  • truuuue, cheers bro

  • agreed with the second part

and theyre not dumb bells its either called bricks or blocks, i forgot which one
