I guess we could argue this eternally. At this point, I choose to step back from the arguments, and "go within", testing these ideas for myself. Even the Tibetan Buddhist monks get into lively debates w/ each other, complete with all sorts of emotional demonstrativeness. They eventually "ran out of words" and grew silent.. I think that's the point, for each of us to find our own "place of silence".

@sortashaman Good point. Objectivity goes out the window as far as proving how consciousness works since we are using it to try and prove how it works, so all you can do is look within yourself so to speak, at least for know.

But, Jesus made it clear that God is an indwelling God. And God, but definition within the Holy Scriptures defines Himself as "I AM". Not many people understand what Jesus was trying to tell us....

This statement "I am God" is exactly the reason that Yeshua (Jesus the Christ) was killed. He said, John 10:30-33 - Jesus answered them, “I and My Father are one.” Then the Jews took up stones again to stone Him. Jesus answered them, “Many good works I have shown you from My Father. For which of those works do you stone Me?” The Jews answered Him, saying, “For a good work we do not stone You, but for blasphemy, and because You, being a Man, make Yourself God.” It IS a dangerous statement.

Conciousness is the materialization of experiences we can't remember a thing from birth till 2 because our definition of selves wasn't evolved back then without a self there can not be a conciousness the subconcious is what control what we do and such but even that is a matter of experiences controlling our behavior and such. To say that conciousness derives everything is wrong conciousness is the materialization of electrically stored information nothing else.

Who am I? good question. I am the one I am the electrical currents that store Information in a predetermined electrical current. That can only interact with the outside world through actions and reactions. I am not a thing and am not part of this world I am an observer of what is happening around me but my conciousness isn't linked to the world my thoughts aren't shared with somebody else they are preprogrammed electrical activities that make up what other think of me.
