This duet is in the ball scene. The Prince is being set up by his parents to marry a noble girl "of his own class who doesn't fancy him". She warns him that she will go through with the deal IF she can wear the pants in the marriage. When the commoner the prince ACTUALLY fancies later crashes the ball, the couple still dinsa roadblocks to their union, and the noble girl decides she fancies the Prince's cousin.
