100% Oblivion Speedrun - Segment 6 part 1

Segment 6 of my 100% (or there about) speedrun for Oblivion. This segment was spent tackling Kvatch due to a lack of internet at the time this was recorded (almost 2 weeks ago). It took too many times to record it, to the point where I saved at every possible trouble point. Even with the extra saves, it took forever, as the Scamps seemed to possess some sort of ESP and would hit me with fireballs when I thought they wouldn't, usually killing me in the process. I managed to finally get past them, but I kept a diligent eye on their locations, as at least the Daedra can sorta be avoided. During this segment I managed to level my Conjuration to 75, letting me cause Expert level summons, which will really help later on in later segments, and they even help in this segment, though it's only used a few times.
